Every year, patients in Germany and Portugal fly abroad for treatment, often to Turkey, trading a lower price for distance and an uncertain follow-up. The clinic at home does not just lose the procedure. It loses the patient, the after-care and every visit that would have come after.
CW1 closes that gap. The concierge and the provider network give the patient an accredited European route, coordinated end to end, with care that stays close to home. The patient gets continuity. The clinic keeps the case it would otherwise have watched leave the country.
In practice · Germany, dental
Take a German dental practice. A patient weighing implants or major restorative work is one flight and one discount away from a clinic in Turkey.
Inside the CW1 network, that patient has a reason to stay. The treatment is coordinated locally, the practice keeps them through the post-treatment that actually matters, and the work is invoiced at the equivalent of the German GOÄ schedule.
The patient never leaves regulated care. The dentist keeps the relationship, the after-care and the revenue that was about to leave the country.

Every member of CW1 comes from clinical practice, an MBB firm, or one of the Big-4 — most from two of the three. A clinic succeeds or struggles across clinical quality, operations and finance at once, and the team was built to work across all three.

CW1 routes contracted patient volume across your specialities, but patients always choose their own provider. We surface your clinic where the decision is made; we do not assign patients to it.
Yes. The network partnership runs on a service agreement with an associated monthly fee, set during contracting. Research and community participation carry no charge.
An individual clinician joins for visibility and infrastructure. A clinic does the same at organisation scale — across multiple practitioners and sites — and can additionally take contracted volume, medical-tourism referrals and management support.
No. Network partnership and management support are independent. Many clinics start with referred volume and add operational support later, or never.
All patient data is GDPR-compliant and hosted within the European Union.
