For physicians
Practise medicine.
We build the structure
it deserves.
CW1 works with physicians across Europe who want to spend their time on patients, not on the system around them. There are three ways to take part. None of them changes how you practise.

The possibilities
Three ways to take part
Each path is independent. Most physicians begin with one and find the others over time.

What the partnership covers
Visibility and the
infrastructure underneath it
Visibility
A presence on the network where patients across three countries look for care and decide who to see.
Scheduling & records
The day-to-day tools to run appointments, records and patient communication in one place.
Financial & data support
Governance, sustainability and GDPR-compliant data handling, hosted within the EU.
Clinical independence
Nothing about how you treat, what you charge or who you see changes. The patient always chooses.
Joining CW1
Three steps to begin
Verification is direct with your medical board. The application takes about five minutes.
01
Apply
Send your credentials — licence, specialty and focus areas. About five minutes.
02
Verify
We confirm directly with your medical board: Socialstyrelsen, Ordem dos Médicos or Landesärztekammer.
03
Begin
Once verified, you decide how to take part. Nothing is locked in upfront.
No commitment is made at this stage.
Who you would be working with
A European healthcare network governed by EU law, built with practising specialists, motivated by a simple idea: that healthcare can be made simpler.
Every member of CW1 comes from clinical practice, an MBB firm, or one of the Big-4 — most from two of the three. Healthcare sits at the intersection of clinical quality, operations and finance, and the team was built to understand all three.
Questions
Before you apply
No. CW1 provides the network and the infrastructure. Patients browse and choose their own physician. You are present where the decision happens; the decision itself is always theirs.
It depends entirely on the path. A network partnership runs alongside your normal practice. Research and community participation are as involved as you want them to be. There is no on-call rota and no quota.
You do. Professional indemnity remains with the physician, as it would in any independent practice.
Network access is free in the first year, then a flat monthly fee. Research and community participation carry no charge.
All physician and patient data is GDPR-compliant and hosted within the European Union.
Sweden, Germany and Portugal, with clinics and care centres in Gothenburg, Frankfurt, Munich, Lisbon and Porto. More open over time.
