A network instead of an agency
Hospitals overpay staffing agencies and professionals wait months to be paid. yhire replaces the agency with a direct contract, a fixed settlement schedule and vetting by CW1, priced by usage rather than by margin.
Providers that stay sustainable
Public systems lack the architecture to remain sustainable. CW1 advises clinics and hospitals on efficiency, workflow and financial sustainability, and studies both in its own research programme.

From cardiological diagnosis through heart-rate variability to early-stage detection at the Lisbon BioResearchCenter, on a data infrastructure with CW1's patented eight-layer AES encryption for full anonymisation.
An insurance model that pays both sides
CW1 developed an affordable health insurance model, based on swapping bonds, that lowers premiums for patients while increasing revenue for insurers.
