Executive Overview

On 1st of November 2026, CW1 is releasing YHire in Sweden, Germany and Portugal: a digital platform where care providers post projects – complex cases to solve or specific tasks to deliver – and engage physicians, nurses, technicians and consultants directly. YHire is free to use, with no maintenance or usage fees. Participation is voluntary: providers and professionals who wish to join sign in at yhire.cw1.com.

What CW1 is doing

CW1 is extending its ecosystem with YHire, a project-based marketplace for healthcare. Providers post projects, select verified professionals based on their skills and contract them directly; if the collaboration works, they may hire the professional directly. YHire is not a staffing service: CW1 provides the platform and handles project payments, but neither employs nor places professionals. All communication and documentation remain PKI- and GDPR-compliant.

Background

Finding the right professional for a complex case or a specific task is slow and fragmented, and a CV says little about actual skills. CW1 understood that its verified identity and secure document infrastructure could connect providers and professionals directly, letting providers assess skills through real work before filling a position.

YHire is built on the same CW1 ecosystem that supports the Malm app, using PKI-verified identities and secure document exchange. Besides the CW1 ecosystem, the platform aims to validate professional licences against the national professional registers of each market.

YHire works as a project marketplace for healthcare, without staffing intermediaries. Physicians, nurses, technicians and consultants create a single verified profile and apply to projects that match their expertise. Providers solve complex cases faster and gain better knowledge of each professional’s skills before deciding to hire them directly.

The platform is built around 4 functional modules covering the full cycle, from project to direct hire.     

Profiles & Credentials module

Professionals register at yhire.cw1.com and are verified as physical persons through CW1 PKI certificates. Licences, specialties and certifications are stored in their profile and shared with providers only upon the professional’s authorisation, in line with GDPR and ISO27001.

Projects & Matching module  
Providers post projects – a complex case to solve or a specific task to deliver – defining scope, specialty, deadline and expected outcome. The platform matches each project with qualified professionals, who can also search and apply directly.

Each completed project builds the professional’s track record, giving providers a clear view of their skills.

Communication & Contracts module 
Providers and professionals communicate through CW1’s encrypted channels to agree the scope and share case documentation. Project agreements are concluded directly between provider and professional and signed digitally with PKI-compliant signatures; CW1 is not a party to them but processes the project payment.                     
Direct hire module    
After working together on projects, a provider may offer the professional a position and hire them directly, under its own employment terms. CW1 does not act as employer, staffing or temporary work agency at any stage.

Accessing YHire       
Providers and professionals sign in at yhire.cw1.com or through connect.cw1.com. For institutions that have VPN connections or are infrastructure-managed by CW1, access is done automatically through the CW1 VPN portal. Participation requirements    
Participation is voluntary and not automatic. Providers and professionals who wish to use YHire sign in at yhire.cw1.com and complete identity verification. Each party is responsible for complying with the labour, tax and professional regulations applicable to its engagement.

Opting out
Providers and professionals can close their account at any time by emailing partner-care@cw1.com or clicking delete account on the yhire platform.

Billing and pricing information
YHire is free to use: no maintenance or usage fee applies. The project fee agreed between provider and professional is paid through YHire; CW1 collects it from the provider and transfers it to the professional once the provider validates the delivery.
