For retirement & elderly centres
Add life to the years,
not just years
to the life.
How well someone ages is shaped far more by daily life than by any single intervention. CW1's lifestyle program supports your residents day to day, offered as part of the care your centre already provides.

The program
A lifestyle program,
measured over time
Movement, nutrition, rest and routine are what hold health steady in later years. The program follows these gently over time and turns them into small adjustments that keep residents stronger for longer.
CW1's program follows the signals that matter and turns them into small, sustained changes in how people move, eat, recover and live. It is additive: it sits on top of what the organisation already does and gives every person a structure that compounds, week after week. The outcome you would look for is healthy, active years.
In practice
A resident is slowing down, the small declines that usually pass unnoticed until they become falls or setbacks.
Followed over time, those signals surface early. Movement, nutrition and routine adjust before a small thing becomes a serious one, and the resident keeps more of their independence.
Families notice when a centre keeps their relatives well. It is the clearest signal of quality there is.

What it gives you
Residents who stay
well for longer
Healthier, more active residents
A program that supports the daily basics of ageing well, so residents keep their strength and independence longer.
Confidence for families
Families choose a centre on trust. A structured wellbeing program is visible proof the centre invests in keeping people well, not just comfortable.
A centre that stands apart
Few centres offer a structured lifestyle program. It is a real point of difference when a family is choosing.
Evidence of care quality
The program gives the centre a documented, consistent approach to resident wellbeing it can point to.
How it works
Set up once, then it compounds
CW1 runs the program. Your organisation makes it available. Nothing new to staff, build or manage on your side.
01
Onboard
We set the program up for your organisation and the people in it. No new staff and nothing to build on your side.
02
Follow
Each person follows their own structure, with the signals tracked over time and turned into adjustments that fit their life.
03
Compound
Small changes accumulate. The outcome shows up where it matters for your organisation, and the program tunes itself as it goes.

Who you would be working with
A European wellbeing and advisory network, built with specialists who understand both how people change their habits and how an organisation holds together.
CW1's team comes from health and performance, management consulting and the intersection of the two. The program is built to deliver a real outcome for the people in it and a real one for the organisation that offers it.
